1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, in new and unused condition, with all original accessories and documentation.

  • Exceptions: Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, custom orders, or discounted items that are labeled as “Final Sale.”

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer support team via:

  • Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA#) and detailed return instructions.

  • Packaging: Securely package the item(s) with the RA# clearly marked on the package.

  • Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged during transit).

  • Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.

3. Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Restocking Fees: We may charge a restocking fee for items that are not returned in their original condition.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspection: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours.

  • Documentation: Provide photos of the damage/defect, along with your order details.

  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

5. Exchanges

  • Availability: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
